The Financial Industry etc
Im just watching recaps of the republicans regarding the current
financial industry. Mccain MADE A PROMISE that Wall street will be
cleaned up and this situation will never happen again. I might compare
that to saying "there will never be a terrorist attack again.," which
is a decently far reach, but fair enough. Palin's comment was even
better, talking about how the government was putting its foot down and
saying "we will not bail you out." No more, yada yada. Yea okay Palin.
That's after it intervened with Bear Stearns, Freddie and Fannie, and,
oh yea, the current auto industry. Keeping in mind that while the
Freddie and Fannie fiasco was developing, the Treasury gave it a blank
check. Wow. But yea, no more, no more! haha. I haven't heard any of
the democrats, but look forward to it. Short post, but wanted to get
it out there quickly.
